Arawave Wellness was created from a simple but deeply felt intention: to help people who are looking for alternative health solutions and want that extra umph on their health and wellness journey.We believe that wellness is a continuous, evolving process — and everyone deserves access to alternative solutions that truly support the body’s naturalability to restore and rebalance.

As our practice grew, so did our commitmentto whole‑person care. This led us to collaborate with like‑minded professionals who share our passion for movement, healing, and long‑term wellbeing, including Megan Lowe Movement Pilates & ELDOA. Together, we’re here to walk alongside our clients, offering integrated support that meets them exactly where they are.

Megan Lowe has spent over two decades helping people reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement — a path shaped by her own transformative healing. Early in her career, a snowboarding injury revealedthat the “hard strength” she once relied on was actually masking deeper tensionand disconnection. That realization sparked a lifelong journey of curiosity, humility, and exploration into the body’s inner landscape. Today, Megan blends Pilates, ELDOA, myofascial stretching, hypopressives, and deep core conditioning to help clients move with ease, strength, and embodied awareness. She is passionate about guiding others out of pain and into a more integrated, fluidway of being — meeting each person exactly where they are on their wellness journey.

Zarchi’s journey began in the tender chaos of new motherhood — balancing a demanding career, sleepless nights, and the quiet struggle of incontinence that so many women carry alone. When she discovered the Core to Floor with Emsella and Emsculpt Neo, it felt like a moment of breath and possibility, a gentle solution that finally met her where she was. That transformation awakened a deeper calling: to help others who, like her, needed accessible, alternative ways to feel strong again. Guided by her own healing and inspired by the resilience she sees every day, Zarchi continues to explore and expand complementary modalities — from movement to muscle restoration and stimulating the lymphatic system — shaping Arawave Wellness into a sanctuary where busy individuals can find support, renewal, and hope on their wellness journey.

Dr. Rebecca Dix

Founder and Medical Director

Dr. Rebecca Dix is a devoted family physician who brings aholistic, down‑to‑earth approach to every person she cares for. Throughout heryears in medicine, she witnessed how deeply issues like incontinence, pelvicfloor dysfunction, and age‑related muscle loss can affect confidence, mobility,and overall quality of life. Her passion for functional wellness andalternative healing grew from a desire to offer patients more than temporarysolutions — she wanted to help them reclaim their strength, vitality, andindependence in a way that felt supportive and non‑invasive. Arawave Wellnesswas born from that vision. Today, Dr. Dix continues to champion innovative,gentle, and effective approaches that empower individuals to live the life theydeserve, at every stage of their wellness journey.

Our story

One beautiful sunny Kootenay day, the two serendipitously met while sitting on a bench beside each other.  Zarchi noticed the woman beside her wearing this small device and out of curiosity striked up a conversation.  That small device was a Healy device. That was the beginning of a new found friendship and many conversations around health, wellness and alternative frequency healing.  

Both believing in non-invasive approaches to healing and passionate about contributing a positive impact to humanity and serving the community they live in - they decided to take a last minute road trip to Vancouver to attend a regenerative medicine and mental wellness conference.

That’s when Rebecca met Emsculpt Neo – the answer to assisting muscle strengthening and toning that could help all walks of life, with the added benefit of fat loss – a 2 in 1 solution using frequency technology!  At that moment, sitting at the table surrounded by MD’s and other accredited health professionals, they would take a leap of faith - both in each other and in this innovative frequency technology, with the goal of forever improving quality of life for others.  Their combined passion to serve their community and help bring quality of life to others led to Arawave Wellness,  a wellness clinic named after Zarchi’s daughter and the two founder’s interest in frequency healing.
